There are plenty to choose from, from all of your favorites, and some new ones on the scene.

Here are the 5 must have extensions for Google Chrome, that I use daily.
Google Shortener – goo.gl url shortener is an extension which allows you to shorten the current website URL with the new Google URL Shortener service http://goo.gl/
SEO Status Pagerank / Alexa Toolbar – SEO Status is lightweight. It will check the Google Pagerank (PR) & Alexa rank for every page.
One Number – Check GMail, Google Reader, Google Voice, and Google Wave. Four sources, one number, one icon.
Chrome SEO – The Google Chrome SEO Extension. Make you daily Search Engine Optimization tasks easier in Google Chrome.
Google Similar Pages (Beta) – Discover webpages similar to the page you’re currently browsing.
