To start using this meditation technique, begin by finding a comfortable place to sit or recline and relax.

Close your eyes and begin to pay attention to your breathing. Other noises or activities may occur around you, but you will remain focused on your breathing. When you are preparing to use any meditation techniques, try to eliminate distractions such as the radio or television. These are things you can control in your environment. After about three to five minutes, you will begin to visualize what you want. If you want to be happier, you are going to visualize yourself in a situation that might normally make you unhappy. But this time, while you meditate, you will see yourself smiling and looking radiant. You will also notice the pleasure while you meditate. This is one of the most successful and powerful meditation techniques you can use to change your feelings and get what you want in life.

After you have visualized for a while and you feel comfortable, slowly relax, take a few cleansing breaths, and open your eyes. Also, reflect upon what you just visualized and the way that you felt while you were doing it. Meditation techniques are an effortless way to use the Law of Attraction to get exactly what you want. Using visualization is one of the most powerful and rapid of the meditation techniques that you can use to discover the secret to using the Law of Attraction for yourself.
